CEO, GSRA
ABOLAJI OSIME
Abolaji Osime is the CEO of GSRA. She is also the Founder of Global
International College, a Secondary & Sixth form College with branches
in Lagos & Abuja Nigeria. A leading provider of secondary, university prep and
foundation degrees for international universities in Nigeria, she is also a
Social Entrepreneur and Educationalist. She is very passionate about ensuring teachers
and the teeming young force in Nigeria get the best education and training available anywhere in the World
and has positioned GSRA as a re-skilling and up-skilling platform directed at recruiting and educating for employment.
Appointed as a Consultant of the transformation team of the President
Obasanjo-Led Education Reform Initiative involved in the Development of
a new education road map, she provided governance, policy and planning
framework for the entire education sector in 2006- 2007. She was appointed as the
1ST Team Leader for DFID ESSPIN programme for Lagos State in 2010 focusing on the
following priorities MTSS/ESP ,Quality Assurance, Private School Strategy, Teacher Training, EMIS,
Communication & Knowledge Management, Budget Tracking, Monitoring Learning Achievement and School Transformation.
She has consulted with Lagos Ministry of Education in the development of the Lagos State 10 years Education sector Plan (ESP),
which became the Lagos state’s blueprint for the education sector. She’s Member of the Education & Manpower (Human Capital)
TWG for the development of the MTNDP 2021 – 2025, MTNDP 2026-2030 and the Nigeria Agenda 2050.
She holds an LLB LAW from the University of London and an LLM LAW from the London School of Economics.

CHALYA PRINCESS MIRI-GAZHI
An ardent believer in the philosophy that to build an organization,
first help build its employees, Chalya is passionate about reimagining
recruitment to embrace training, re-skilling and up-skilling
employees as a pathway to the success and development of organizations.
As a recruiter, her motto stands tall, “Ensuring the personal growth
of the people who work with you is an effective strategy for high work place performance.”
She holds an M.B.A. in General Management from the University of Hull UK and has successfully
served as a Quality Assurance Manager with Global International College Lekki, Lagos.
She is also founder of Prompt Impact Solutions Ltd and serves as a Recruitment Consultant
for ZBV Synergies Ltd, a business process improvement consultancy firm.
An advocate for more transformational, transparent and accountable leadership in
Nigeria’s public sector with a keen interest in government and education, she is
a member of the ERIT, Education Reform Innovation Team and the NBMG, Nation Builders Media Group.
Mrs. Oyin Abibo – holds an M.Sc degree in Shipping and
Finance from the City University London and have had a
wide range of experience at Chartered Bank.
She is a Member of IAAPA (International Association of Amusement Parks & Attraction).
She is currently at Global International Secondary School and
6th College where she has over 10 years experience as the Head of HR in the areas of recruitment,
training and administration.
